Refund Policy for Digital Products

Thank you for choosing products from Passion Fuels Ambition Pte Ltd (UEN: 202339063K). We are committed to providing you with high-quality digital assets and knowledge.

1. General Policy: Non-Refundable Digital Goods

 

All products sold by Passion Fuels Ambition Pte Ltd are digital goods (including, but not limited to, LUTs, DCTLs, Presets, and e-guides). Once these digital goods have been successfully downloaded, accessed, or delivered to the customer, they are considered consumed and are strictly non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind.

  • Failure to use the product.

  • Incompatibility (provided the product specifications clearly stated the required software, e.g., DaVinci Resolve Studio 17+).

  • The inability to achieve a specific subjective aesthetic result.

 

2. Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA)

 

This policy is consistent with standard industry practices for digital goods and operates under the framework of the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA).

As digital products are intangible and instantly transferable, they cannot be ‘returned’ once sent. This policy is necessary to protect our intellectual property from duplication and theft.

 

3. Exceptions (Technical Issues Only)

 

The only exception to our non-refundable policy is if the customer can demonstrate a critical technical defect in the product itself that makes it unusable or undeliverable, and we are unable to resolve the issue.

  • Process: If you encounter a technical issue (e.g., file corruption, broken link), you must contact us within seven (7) days of the purchase date at [[email protected]].

  • Remedy: Our primary remedy will be to correct the fault or re-send a functional link and file. Only if the product is fundamentally unusable and we cannot fix the defect after reasonable attempts will a refund be considered at the sole discretion of Passion Fuels Ambition Pte Ltd.

 

4. Customer Responsibility

 

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure they have the following before purchase:

  • The required compatible software (e.g., DaVinci Resolve Studio 17+).

  • Sufficient technical knowledge to download, install, and use the digital product.
