Hardware-Locked Licensing Your key is tied to your specific computer hardware until manually deactivated.

1. Master Key Activation

You will receive one master license key. Depending on your tier ($299, $1,199, or $2,249), this key can be used on 1, 5, or 10 unique computers simultaneously.

Seat Management: Agency tiers receive a single key with a 10-seat counter. This simplifies team deployment but requires internal key security.

2. Mandatory Local Deactivation

Deactivation must be performed on the physical machine to free up a license seat.

  • • Upgrading Gear: Click "Deactivate" on your old machine before migrating.
  • • Server Policy: We cannot remotely reset active seats from our end for security reasons.

3. Hardware Failure

If a computer is stolen or suffers a total motherboard failure before deactivation, that license slot may be permanently lost.

4. Universal Host Access

Your license covers all host applications. Once Adobe and FCP support go live in Q1 2026, your existing key will work across all of them.

The tools are 5 stars, especially the Split Toning fade. But just a heads up—you HAVE to deactivate the license locally before you wipe your computer. I forgot to do it before upgrading my PC and had to contact support. The policy is strict (which I get), just make sure you remember to click that button if you switch gear often. Otherwise, amazing software.
